The Judicial Research on the Problem of the Withdrawal Standards of Listed Company in China

【Abstract】 The withdrawal standard of the listed company is extraordinarily important to consummate the Withdrawal mechanism and advocate the stock market. However, the standard in our country is too simple to work well. This note is intended to set up the “dual demonstrations”, through the comparison with standards of the successful stock market aboard, with the purpose of solving the problem of the incomplete legislature of the withdrawal standards in our country.
