Abstract: The article applies the “acquirement of dual agreement theory” for proving the inevitability of Med-Arb’s emergence. Then the artical demonstrates the Med-Arb institution theoretically ,pointing out its contractuality and its value of just, efficiency and stability. Also the article introduces briefly the originality and development of Med-Arb around the world. Finally, the article puts forward some advices of perfecting the Med-Arb institution of China.
